QBATCH: Basic PBS commands

Basic PBS Commands

All PBS commands are under /usr/local/bin

To submit a job:
```
qsub qbatch.pbs
```
To check the status of PBS jobs:
```
qstat -Q
```
To delete (remove) a PBS job:
See: Deleting PBS jobs
To put a submitted (queued) job on hold:
```
qhold <JobId>
```
To release a job that is on hold:
```
qrls <JobId>
```
To get job information from log files, use tracejob:
```
tracejob -n 3 <JobId>
```
